Sounds awesome. I am going to find a way to save it somewhere on my computer for easy reference. Do you like pasta salad ?

Hi, breakfast ? You must be in a different time zone than me ? I am EST. As far as pasta salad goes it's pretty much up to you what you want to put in it. I just choose the shape pasta that I want, cook it and rinse in cold water. Then I chop up any kind of veggie that I have on hand. I like celery, onion, green pepper, sliced black olives, etc. I usually add a can of Albacore tuna( the best canned, I think ). Salt, pepper, dill weed...whatever you like. Then either mix in your favorite creamy salad dressing ( Ranch or Bleu I like ) and some mayonnaise to the consistency of your liking. Chill in the fridge. Sometimes I like to add a chopped boiled egg. The possibilities truly are endless. Hope I helped.

Yes. . . I'm in Illinois. . . I like that recipe . . . I've always purchased my pasta salad from the local grocery store. . . The dill weed . . . is that a necessary component in the dish . . .? I may prepare a small batch of pasta salad today also. . . My son is constantly in the fridge looking for something to eat . . . I love chatting about recipes . . . also . . . If it's too complicated . . . I won't go ahead and try it out . . .but I've got all/most of those ingredients on hand . . .

No, you don't have to use dill weed but I like it a lot. It doesn't take much and goes well with any kind of fish, eggs, etc. I have never liked store bought pasta salad. I like to use the tri-colored rotini pasta.....looks pretty. Just use whatever is on hand....nothing is cut and dry with a pasta salad. Oh, forgot to mention add some thawed out frozen peas..

That's one ingredient I've never used . . . I think my mom occasionally puts it in her deviled eggs . . . I'll be sure to put it on the grocery list . . .
It's true . . . all grocery stores don't have very good pasta but our Jewel-Osco has a delicious version . . . Their potato salad is okay . . . However, I think that's best homemade unless you're in a hurry . . .
Cleaning up the kitchen . . . sigh . . .

Well, we moved here a year ago and the current bathroom upstairs ( mine ) is so small and dysfunctional. So he has knocked out walls and actually " building" a bathroom as opposed to remodeling. New everything. It is going to be about 15 by 10 ft. 150 square feet. We are looking for a cast iron claw foot tub. The counter is 10 feet long with pretty tile. He is also tiling the walls, painting, etc. A job for sure !
