Hello,
My name is Kevin, I am thirty-five years old and an addict. My drug of choice is opiates, and now I've been on Suboxone for a very long time and struggling to come down to lower doses and finally be off all meds. While Suboxone has been a wonderful help in preventing me from ending up in legal trouble and possibly being homeless, I have always seen myself at the end of this journey free from all drugs, and happy that way. I've managed to get off for a few weeks at a time over the years, and in the back of my mind I always wonder if the day will come when it is too late to do anything about it. I have quit smoking now for seventeen months, have only drank twice in many years, both times at a wedding, and have basically been able to clean of everything else except Suboxone for a very long time. I am here for help and support, as well as to help and support others.
Thank you, Kevin
