hope you are all well and have survived the silly season without to many war wounds. I use what I have learnt from people here everyday and yes my life has got better! It's not perfect but significantly improved. The god awful obsession has gone. I got a new job and I am feeling healthier than I have in a long time. I am playing basketball again. Did a high ropes course last month and was able to finish the black level. My anxiety is still a bitch but the medication propanol I take for it works a treat. It's frustrating for me that I have not been able to manage it successfully any other way but for now it's the best I can do. I also got glasses for driving so now I am not driving blind If there are any lurkers out there please know things can get better! Noone can do it for you, it's an inside job but there are plenty of people on the Internet and in real life who can support you. Just do it and if at first you don't succeed try again, mix it up try different things til you find what works for you. There are often many roads to the same destination. Grateful for so many things and to so many people Beach

Hey Beach, Thanks for the quote. That was really funny. The forum is very quiet these days. I'm glad to hear things are going so well for you.
