Fourth Step inventory question

I am working through the 12 steps for the first time and I am confused about the sex-harms part. Is this limited to people I have harmed in a sexual context or that I have harmed in any way (huge number!). Also, I have been trying to use a worksheet for this and am confused by the number of different ones available online that ask for slightly different information. Is there one that is most widely accepted or "official"?

Thanks! I still have not received any responses to the specific issues. I am meeting my sponsor today and hope to gain some clarity from him.
